Meet our Founder: Allie Roth
Allie is a dedicated and passionate advocate for community development and education. She brings 12 years of non-profit experience to Family Giving By Design, and her expertise also includes 15 years in education.
As a teacher, parent, philanthropist, and founder, Allie:
Founded the non-profit With Love Oregon from her home in 2013 and has been instrumental in its growth, helping the organization achieve an annual income of around $1.5 million.
Currently, on the With Love Oregon Board of Directors and the Mission Increase Advisory Board.
Served on the Sunset Presbyterian Mission Board, where she contributed to supporting various nonprofit organizations
Created a curriculum for her 4th and 5th grade students as a teacher to learn how to make an impact in their community. Through this program, she taught children to choose a nonprofit and transformed the program from donations of $500 to $10,000 annually.
Committed to global service having worked with Mission Encounters International in Honduras where she empowered high school students and families to create a library on the island which improved student’s reading levels. Over 300 books were acquired through her leadership and a library was established for the local school.
Allie’s multifaceted experience in nonprofit management, education, and global service underscores her commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others. This commitment inspires her to educate other families on how to make a meaningful impact.
